Birthday Party FAQs

What is the minimum number of kids required for a birthday party?

All birthday packages require a minimum of 10 kids, including the birthday child. Even if you have 8 or 9 kids and opt for a birthday package, we will charge for 10 as this is our baseline price!

Can we add more than 10 kids?

Yes! Additional children can be added to your package at an extra cost. The fee for extra children varies depending on the package you select, ranging from $19.99 to $49.99 per additional child.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

We provide a delicious kids’ menu as part of the package. Unfortunately, we do not allow outside food and beverages to maintain quality and safety standards. If you have specific requests, feel free to discuss them with us in advance.

What meals are provided for the kids?

Each child will enjoy a kid’s meal from our dedicated kids’ menu, where they can choose their favorite dish. The meal also includes unlimited drinks, such as soda, water, or juice. You can review our kids’ menu on our website if you’d like to check out the options beforehand.

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own cake at no extra charge! No need to worry about bringing utensils or supplies—we’ve got everything covered, so you can just focus on celebrating!

What’s the difference between the arcade packages?

The main difference is the value of the play cards and additional goodies:

  • Arcade Package 1: $15 play card for each child.
  • Arcade Package 2: $25 play card for each child and a $10 return play card for the birthday child.
  • Arcade Package 3: Unlimited play card for each child, favor bags, and additional play cards and redemption points for the birthday child.
How long is a birthday party?

Birthday parties include 2 hours of private room time. However, you can extend your celebration by adding time for $99 per additional hour. For bowling packages, you get 1 hour of bowling included so the total party duration is 3 hours when factoring in the 2-hour room reservation.

Can we bring our own decorations?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own decorations! We kindly ask that you respect our space by not sticking anything to the walls. Our private rooms are beautifully maintained to ensure a great experience for every event.

Are there activities available for parents as well?

Absolutely! Parents are welcome to relax in our seating area or enjoy activities such as bowling, laser tag, or arcade games for an additional charge.

How do digital invitations work?

Our event organizers will create beautiful invitations from our templates and provide you with one copy to distribute to your guests. If you’d like specific details added, let us know! Please note that we use set templates, so fully personalized designs may not be available, especially during our busy season.

What do the goodie bags in Package #3 contain?

Each child will receive a goodie bag with 7 random items from our prize store, prepared in advance by our staff. Don’t worry—all kids will receive the same items to ensure a fair experience for everyone.

How do unlimited play cards work?

The unlimited play cards are activated for a two-hour limit specifically for the birthday party, allowing the kids to enjoy unlimited games during that time. However, like the regular cards, these do not include redemption points and cannot be used on claw machines.

How long is a laser tag game?

Each game lasts 15 minutes, giving you a total of 30 minutes of laser tag for two games. We recommend spacing them out for rest time in between—laser tag can be high-energy with lots of running and excitement!

Is there a minimum age for birthday parties?

Generally, there’s no strict minimum age, but we recommend considering age appropriateness:

    • Laser Tag: Best for kids over 7 years old due to obstacles and stairs.
    • Bowling: We only offer standard bowling balls, so children should be able to handle the weight. Ages 8 and up are recommended.
  • Arcade: Younger children (under 5) may not fully enjoy the arcade games, so plan accordingly for the best experience.

What is the minimum number of people for a food and drink package?

The minimum requirement is 10 people to enjoy our food and drink packages.

Can we participate in more than one activity?

Yes, absolutely! Just let our team know so we can create a schedule that allows each activity to flow smoothly.

Will our group have the venue exclusively to ourselves?

No, our space is large and can accommodate hundreds of people. Your group will share the space with others, but we will reserve specific activities for your group.

Can we privatize the venue for our group?

Yes, of course! For groups of over 100 people, privatization may be an option to consider. This will incur an additional fee. Please contact our organizers to set up a meeting and discuss pricing.

Where can we eat?

You can enjoy your food package or any food you order at the bowling area (where there are plenty of tables), in the restaurant, or in a private room if you’ve reserved one.

Where can we drink?

Drinks are permitted throughout the entire venue, so feel free to enjoy them anywhere!

Are taxes and gratuities included in the prices?

No! Please keep this in mind when booking, and don’t forget to budget for gratuities for our wonderful staff who will be serving you.

What does the private room include?

The private room, priced at $99 or $199 per hour, provides a beautiful, exclusive space for your group, as well as a dedicated server who will take great care of you throughout your event.

How does the buffet package work?

You select one buffet option for the entire group, and we ensure there’s plenty of food for everyone. We’ll bring it and set it up with plates for your group to enjoy in a true buffet style.

Can we handle drinks by tickets or per drink?

Yes, absolutely! We have a specific menu for this option, making it easier for your accounting. There’s no fixed price, but we’ve averaged the cost to about $7 per drink. If you’d like this option, just let us know how many drinks per person you wish to provide. This menu can be found in our PDF.

How far in advance can we book?

You can book as far in advance as you like! Due to high demand, it’s best to book early, especially for holiday events. For those times, aim to book at least a month in advance.

What if there are food allergies or specific dietary needs? Can we adjust the menus?

Yes, of course! Simply inform our organizer of any allergies or preferences, such as vegan options, and we will adjust accordingly to meet your needs.

Can we bring our own food or drinks?

We offer a wide selection of food and drinks in our packages. For quality and safety reasons, we don’t allow outside food and beverages. However, our organizers would be happy to discuss menu options with you.

If I make a deposit, can I get a refund if I cancel?

Our PDF contains full details on payment policies, but please note that there is no refund if you cancel within two weeks of the event.
